FF/cam USA FTP Site

FF/cam USA offers an FTP area on our Web-ste to exchange data with our customers. In this area is customes will have access to the various FF/cam and FFAUT software software releases, patches, and supporting files.

On this page you will find links to the various areas of our FTP site. As this is a secure location, a login name and password will be requied for access. If you do not already have a login name and password, please use the link on this page to request one be sent to you.

Once you select the the area of our FTP Site you wish to visit, your web browser will be forwarded to the appropriate site automatically and will obtain a listing of the files and directories availiable to you for uploading and downloading data.

If you wish to retrieve/download a file, either click the name of the file shown, or "right-click" on the file and indicate "save". (Note: the specific wording may vary depending on Browser used).

"If you wish to send/upload a file, the best method is to utilize the Microsoft Windows Explorer to access the ftp information: Simply copy and paste the FF/cam USA FTP Site information (ftp://<username>:<password>@ftp.ffcam.us) into your Microsoft Windows Explorer. Where <username> is the user login name and <password> is the password we have supplied to you. You can access this Explorer window by double clicking on the "My Computer" icon from your Desktop.

You may also utilize one of the many "visual" FTP programs that are available on the web such as WS_FTP from ipswitch.com or CuteFTP from globalscape.com . Another very popular FTP program, FileZilla is available at no cost from www.filezilla-project.org. The afore mentioned programs are just some examples of popular FTP programs. We make reccomendations nor have any preference to any particular FTP program. If you do elect to use such a "visual" FTP program, you will also need to provide our FTP Site address of ftp.ffcam.us as well as the username and password we have provided you.
